Generation World
Generators and batteries of 50 kW and up from the six DNO capacity registers, on one map. Open a site for its connection, the names and company we matched to it, and its published DUoS rates.
For brokers and TPIs with clients that generate on site, consultancies, PPA origination teams and connection consultants.

The journey
From the map to one site
Find a site on the map or by search. Then read what the DNO publishes about it, who we could match to it, and the rates for its region and voltage.
Find
Find the site
The map opens on every site we can place, coloured by technology. Search by site name, postcode or MPAN, or filter by DNO region and technology: solar, wind, storage, hydro, bioenergy, fossil and more.
Connection
Read the connection as the DNO publishes it
Technology, size, voltage, MPAN and date connected, with the grid supply point, bulk supply point and primary substation. Each figure comes from the DNO register, with its date.

Names
See who is behind it, and how sure we are
The name on the DNO register can be the installer, so we show it under that label next to the Ofgem accredited operator and the planning database operator. The company comes from Companies House with the evidence for the match, and a match on one signal says Probable.

Check the published DUoS rates
For an HV or LV site, the DNO's published generation rates for the region and voltage, labelled as the likely tariff, because the register gives no LLFC. For an EHV site we link to EHV World, its own EDCM tariff.
Charges · 2026/27
Likely tariff: HV Generation Site Specific
The register gives no LLFC, so this is not this site's own tariff.
HV Generation Site Specific
The problem
One generation site, five public registers
The DNO register holds the capacity, voltage and MPAN. Ofgem holds the accredited operator, the planning database holds the developer, Companies House holds the company and the Capacity Market register holds any agreement. No two of them share a site reference.
You match names and postcodes by hand, one site at a time, and still cannot tell whether the name on the register belongs to the owner or the installer.
Why it matters
What you walk away with
Six Registers, One Map
Sites from all six DNO registers, coloured by technology. Filter by region and technology, or search by name, postcode or MPAN.
The Connection as Published
Technology, capacity, storage size, voltage, date connected and MPAN, with the grid supply point, bulk supply point and primary substation the DNO lists.
Names Kept Apart
The name on the DNO register, the Ofgem accredited operator and the planning database operator, each under its own label.
The Company and Its Match
Company status, activity and accounts from Companies House, with the evidence behind the match. A match that rests on one signal says Probable.
Published Rates
The DNO's published DUoS generation rates for the site's region and voltage, or the site's own EDCM tariff for an EHV site.
Gaps Stated
Where a register publishes no name, postcode or size, the site page says so and names the DNO.

FAQ
Answers, before you ask
A map of the generators and batteries of 50 kW or more on the six DNO Embedded Capacity Registers, plus the sites whose register entry gives no size. Each site has one page: what the DNO publishes about the connection, the names and company we matched to it, and the published DUoS rates for its region and voltage.
