Each licence is for one person. If you have colleagues who need access, they'll each need their own licence. We offer discounts when you need more than one.

Subscriptions are annual (12 months) but you pay monthly - no large upfront cost. Prefer to pay upfront? You'll get a 10% discount if you pay for the full year in one go. Your subscription renews automatically each year, and we'll remind you 30 days before.

All subscribers can pay by card or invoice - whichever works better for you. We don't offer direct debit at the moment.

Pro is designed for individual users — energy consultants, facilities managers, or analysts who need personal access. Enterprise is for organisations and platforms, with API access, data licensing, company-wide licensing, and a 1 working day support SLA.

There's no cap on how many calculations you can run. Use it as much as you need. For programmatic access or data feeds, Enterprise tier includes API access designed for integration at scale.

All 14 electricity distribution regions across England, Scotland, and Wales. If your meter has a valid GB distributor ID (that's the two digits in positions 8-9 of your MPAN), we've got you covered. Northern Ireland uses a different system and isn't included.

Yes, we cover both half-hourly (HH) and non-half-hourly (NHH) metered sites. You'll need to enter your consumption split by time band (Red, Amber, Green) - most billing systems give you this breakdown.

EDCM supported for reference and validation. Extra High Voltage connections (22kV+) use site-specific pricing where each site gets bespoke charges. We provide access to 2,600+ EDCM site tariffs across all 14 DNOs. While we cannot calculate EDCM charges from scratch (this requires proprietary DNO network models), this data enables bill verification against published rates.

We have tariff data from April 2023 onwards. This covers the period since the industry standardised how distribution charges work (the CDCM reform). Before that, every region had completely different systems, which makes validation more tricky.

We cover all main network and third-party charges: DUoS (distribution), TNUoS (transmission), BSUoS (balancing), AAHEDC, plus Capacity Market, CfD levies, CCL, and Nuclear RAB. That's 8 charge types in total. We support both demand (import) MPANs and generation (export) MPANs - so you can validate charges or calculate export credits. We can't validate wholesale energy costs or supplier margins as these are negotiated individually in your contract.

Pro subscribers get a response within 5 working days. Enterprise subscribers get priority - we'll get back to you within 1 working day. Support covers technical questions, methodology queries, and help interpreting results.

Let us know and we'll look into it. We're constantly reviewing and updating our data, but sometimes the networks publish corrections or addendums and it's not always easy for us to spot them. If you see something that doesn't look right, get in touch - it helps us keep everything accurate.

For Pro, you can cancel anytime through your account, but it's a 12-month commitment - if you cancel early, you'll still need to pay for the full year. Subscriptions are non-refundable, so we recommend using any trial period to ensure the platform meets your needs before committing. Enterprise subscriptions have custom terms agreed in your contract.

PDF reports and CSV exports are available on the Enterprise tier. For programmatic data access, the Enterprise API delivers structured data directly to your systems.

We don't currently support IDNOs (like ESP or G Network). These operators typically apply the host DNO's rates with a discount, which isn't published in a standard format.

Yes, you can try Pro free for 14 days - no credit card needed. You'll get full access to all calculations and features. After that, you can choose a plan or your trial simply ends.
